Adjustable height handlebars? On a hyper-scoooter? Yes, with a clever clamping system, both stems on the RScan telescope up and down for different-size riders, while remaining 100% rigid. 

Is it quick? Oh yes. With a 100amp Raptor controller feeding 72 volts to twin 2000w motors, your top-end speed is more than you will ever need. Even if you don't test that, (and many won't, remember speed limits still apply to scooter riders!), the heart-stopping acceleration and torque will pull your arms off like an angry bear. Great Scooter.

I have not yet picked the scooter up. I already had one purchase through another shop. It was stolen from my work. Would be great to know if you can have gps tracker installed.
