Michael and Conrad, childhood best mates from Bondi in Australia, co-founded Vamos Bikes in 2017.  When they visited us here at the Electric Scooter Shop we were impressed by their stylish e-bikes. So we said, hey, let's join that growing community of happy Vamos riders across Australia and New Zealand. 

So we'd like to introduce you to Vamos El Doblez 2026. It's a super robust, super comfortable folding electric bike that rides like a full-size bike. 

The settings: you can adjust the motor for 250W or 500W. This makes it compliant with work-ride. Yay! The motors are super powerful with five different assist settings and a throttle so you don't even need to pedal.

This bike climbs like a mountain goat. It just whizzes up hills barely breaking a sweat.

You can also turn off the battery and just ride it like a normal bike. It's got great gear ratios so it's really easy to pedal with no battery assist.

The battery itself is a sizeable 52V  15Ah capacity using Samsung cells. 

The seat is super comfortable JUSTEK saddle and the minimum seat height is 80cm.

 It's got the integrated brake light, front and rear lights, front fork suspension. It's got indicator lights and a thumb throttle. It's got a good weatherproof rating with ergonomic grips and a folding handlebar. It's fine for riders up to 130 kg and you can put a passenger on the rear seat. It's got rear foot pegs for that passenger and it folds down for easy storage. 

Completing the package is an eight-speed Shimano derailleur and tetra-hydraulic disc brakes.
