Conquering climbs everywhere, the Climber from e-scooter legends InMotion is the e-scooter model everyone is talking about. Cleverly fusing the convenience of a simple commuter electric scooter with the torque and power of a sports scooter, while limiting the top speed to a sensible 38kmh, the Climber is truly the scooter that can do it all.
Did we mention the IP rating? The weatherproofing on this electric scooter nz is superior to any on the market. InMotion genuinely take the water-resistance seriously with an IPX6 rating on the scooter, and IP67 on the internal components.
Simplified riding comes from the single brake lever operating dual electric plus single disc brakes, a clever system that negates the need for 2 brake levers, while simultaneously braking both wheels.
Climbing power comes from the twin 450w motors, peaking at 750w, and fed from a 13.5ah battery. Take on challenging gradients, even from a standstill. This powerful small scooter will handle it all.
Single-click folding, LED head and taillights, and the first wheels designed for easy tyre changes you can do yourself, without needing to visit a workshop. The Climber is here to make your life an easy one. Climb on one today.

InMotion Climber 2026 Gen 3 Electric Scooter Review Video
I have been riding electric scooters in the CBD for 13 years and have had 6 scooters during that time. I am fine with an “around 30kph” top speed, lightweight and excellent hill climbing ability. All of these features are what the InMotion Hill Climber is about. With a hill climbing ability of 36 degrees it smooths out every hill the Auckland CBD offers and barely slows down in the process. Top speed in SPORT mode is 36kph but the NORMAL mode is 25kph and ideal for daily riding amongst pedestrians. Performance is flawless and I very much appreciate the quality of this scooter. Range is very close to a consistent 25km in the CBD with lots of ups and downs, which is more than adequate for my use. Also like the split rim wheels which make repairing flat tyres an easy option for the user. Highly recommend this scooter and Electric Scooter Shop who were exceptionally easy to deal with.

INMOTION Climber Gen 3
Awesome scooter, manages my steep uphill driveway and Wellington hills with ease. Simple to set up and has a good battery life. I have painted my frame purple because I like to personalise things and I couldn’t be happier! Super speedy delivery too, two days to Wellington. 10/10
