The tubes came in two days and they fit perfectly!
The Vsett 10 + delivers the goods. I got 50 km on half a battery on one motor and I weigh 95 kg. It powers me effortlessly up the Queen St hill in gear one with a single motor. Brakes are very good but have a bite that comes on quickly. I have not found the charging ports to be an issue with my feet as this scooter likes a foot firmly at or on the rear foot mount. It soaks up a big bump very well as the suspension is well designed. I am going to buy a steering dampener for mine and I recommend getting one installed at purchase. It goes well without one but I can see how it would be helpful.
This scooter is highly configurable and can be adapted for any style of riding. It is a good idea to be familiar with these settings before riding and configure accordingly. The battery charger does get warm and I would recommend not placing it on the board when charging as the heat transfers into the battery area. If placed on the guard at the rear the board always remains cool to the touch. Plug the charger into the wall and turn it on before connecting. This will avoid the pop that can happen when connecting as the result of discharge.
The school of thought is that this scooter is not for beginners but I disagree. Anyone with basic scooter experience such as rental riding can ride one of these because this scooter can be anything you want it to be. The advantages it offers in handling, braking and suspension are simply too good to pass up. All that needs to be done is to go into the settings and dial the scooter down until its a just a pussy cat.
Turn off cruise control, select the push required for trigger option, dial down the power and acceleration and you have one placid beast. Dial up the settings as you get more experience and the scooter simply adapts to your requirements.
The one feature that is not really up to snuff would have to be the horn. The light is sufficient in lit streets but an auxiliary light would pay big dividends. I believe I got the best scooter for the money in the Vsett 10 +. It is a scooter that gets and demands respect.
Product arrived early during a working week, was packed secure and the servìce was great ( answered all novice Q ) I'm easing into it slowly but...yeah it's a machine.
This scooter has lived up to it's reputation. Love it. Great straight out of the box.
a totally awesome scooter I also have an S8 this one is way smoother totally worth the extra money goes over all terrain great still both scooter exceed my expectations
I want to thank Jono who put me onto the Nami. It’s an outstanding scooter. Wow.
This scooter is fast enough to be safe, but not too fast to be dangerous. Does 40km easy on the flat and 29km on a steep up hill. Folds down to fit inside a small car too which is great if you get scooter to work but need to uber home. Ride every day to work and is amazing. Great build quality.

product was awesome
I recently purchased 2 Hero S10's for my wife and I. We are both novice riders in our 60's and have had our expectations exceeded. We've used them on and off road and they've performed exceptionally well. I'm really impressed with the lighting: the headlamp is high enough to be seen and illuminates a good distance in front when riding at night. This scooter feels really safe with great suspension and brakes. They go really well on the hills and have a ton of power. I couldn't recommend the S10 high enough.
I had my first go at this a couple minutes ago and can say its a missile, goes fast, smooth and the suspension works great and they delivered extremely fast BUT..the RGB controller for the lights was missing..nowhere to be found, then the scooter came with the BMX handle which is not the same as the one displayed on the photo ad but for me was a pleasant surprise so you might wanna change the picture to one that's more accurate in case someone is after the portability of a folding handle and if you can clarify what happened to the controller that would be awesome i got to download the app but i not always ride with my phone on me so having the controller would be great, other than that 10/10 quality scooter and costumer service.
This thing is a weapon.
My main ride is about 5km up hill, I start at 45mtrs above sea level and the house is 310mtrs above sea level it did that with a 96kg 50year old on board and was traveling at 24kph with both motor's engaged.
Would highly recommend.
Only note it is on the heavy side, but that does make for a solid built scooter
The team at ESS have been amazing, helpful advice and great communication
Fast and stable at speed. Breaks are very responsive, might wanna try dial that back a bit. It says on the description it has 3" tires but it really has 2.5". Otherwise great ride feels like you're floating along but you're moving fast.
Have bought the LS1 for my 11 year old son. I have many friends who have bought scooters ( especially for their kids ) this is by far the best entry level scooter I’ve come across.
This scooter is fast enough for a beginner. The battery life is good. The app is fantastic, you can lock the scooter, you can track the scooter but best of all is the light bar running the full length. My son loves changing the colour & pattern. What we love as parents is it’s safe.
